Our Design-Build Process

1. Site Visit & Measure

We verify wall type, mounting height, flatness, and existing conditions, including GPR scanning of tilt-wall panels before drilling.

2. Design & Shop Drawings

Framing plans, connection details, and 3D renderings so you see exactly what gets built.

3. Engineering & Permits

We coordinate with the Engineer of Record for design loads and stamped drawings, then handle permitting.

4. Fabricate & Install

AWS D1.1 welding, blast-cleaned steel with zinc-rich primer and urethane topcoat in your color, installed level and true.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a design-build awning?

One company handles design, engineering coordination, permits, fabrication, and installation, so you have one point of contact and no gaps between designer and installer.

Can you mount an awning to a tilt-wall building?

Yes. We scan the panel for rebar and joints, then use engineered steel plates with epoxy anchors, keeping minimum distances from panel edges.

Do you provide stamped engineering?

We coordinate with a licensed Engineer of Record who sets design loads and stamps the drawings where required.
